Helping Young Americans Save for Retirement Act
SENATE BILL

This bill seeks to amend the Employee Retirement Security Act of 1974 and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 with respect to minimum participation for pension plans and qualified trusts.

Retirement Investment in Small Employers (RISE) Act
HOUSE BILL
Introduced as H.R.6007 by Representative Claudia Tenney [R-NY-24] and Representative Dan Kildee [D-MI-8] October 19, 2023.
This bill seeks to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide for a microemployer pension plan startup credit. This would ensure that micro-businesses can benefit from tax credits offered to small businesses under the SECURE 2.0 Act of 2022.

Retirement Savings for Americans Act
SENATE BILL
Introduced as S.3102 by Senator John W. Hickenlooper [D-CO] with co-sponsor Senator Thomas Tillis (R-NC) on October 19, 2023 and referred to the Senate Committee on Finance.
This bill seeks to provide full- and part-time workers without access to an employer-sponsored retirement plan with a government-sponsored automatic enrollment retirement plan. The bill will improve the financial security of working Americans while reducing income inequality.

No Discrimination in My Benefits Act

Senior Citizens’ Freedom to Work Act
HOUSE BILL

This bill seeks to amend title II of the Social Security Act to repeal the retirement earnings test (RET), which reduces the benefits for Social Security beneficiaries that claim early retirement while continuing to work. Women’s Retirement Protection Act of 2023

Auto Reenroll Act of 2023

Financial Freedom Act of 2023

The bill aims to prohibit the Secretary of Labor from constraining the investments that can be offered to participants and beneficiaries of individual retirement accounts by amending the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974.

Ensuring Sound Guidance Act

The Portable Benefits for Independent Workers Pilot Program Act

Expanding Access to Retirement Savings for Caregivers Act

Protecting Americans’ Retirement Savings from Politics Act
