On August 20, 2020, CRI Executive Director Angela Antonelli addressed the Oklahoma Joint Legislative Study Committee via video on the topic “The Cost of Doing Nothing: How the Retirement Savings Challenge Paved the Path to State Innovation.” She briefed the Committee about how unprepared Americans are for retirement, the fiscal and economic costs of doing nothing, the different state program models, and the status of program implementations around the country.
