The panel was held on Thursday, Dec. 4 at 1:45 pm at the Conrad Hotel in New York City as part of the National Association of State Treasurers’ 2014 Issues Conference. Kansas State Treasurer Ron Estes moderated a discussion with Ted Wheeler, Oregon State Treasurer; Kathleen Kennedy Townsend, Founder, Center for Retirement Initiatives; and David Morse, Partner, K&L Gates LLP.
