Raised and educated in Rhode Island’s smallest city, Central Falls, Treasurer Diossa returned after college with a passion for public service. He served as a member of the City Council and Mayor of Central Falls, becoming the youngest mayor to date in our state’s long history. As mayor, he led efforts to bring the city back from bankruptcy, recover from years of mismanagement, and thrive as a cultural and culinary destination.
